This learning cluster discusses ways to reach and minister to upscale communities. Typically upscale communities are those in affluent suburbia and in upscale urban settings.

A group for those who live, work or worship in the CSRA (Augusta, GA-Aiken, SC area) to network, create missional opportunities, and develop missional teams to reach the CSRA for Christ. The Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) is composed of 13 counties (Burke, Columbia, Glascock, Hancock, Jefferson, Jenkins, Lincoln, McDuffie, Richmond, Taliaferro, Warren, Washington, Wilkes) in Georgia and 5 counties (Aiken, Edgefield, Allendale, Barnwell, McCormick) in South Carolina.
